To list all the active and suspended links currently in a rotator, follow these steps.
If not in the click rotator links manager:
Click on “List Click Rotators” in the “Click Rotators” sub menu.
You can use the search box to locate a specific click rotator or group of click rotators. You can also sort on each column by clicking on the header cell of the column. You can reverse the order by clicking on the header cell a second time.
Once you have located the click rotator you would like to access the click rotators links manger for, click on the “Links” button for the click rotator. This will bring you to the list click rotator links page in the click rotator links manager.
If in the click rotator links manager:
If you are already in the click rotator links manager and not currently on the list click rotator links page, just click the button named List Active Links. This will bring you to the list rotator links page.
Once on the list rotator links page, you will see a table that contains all active and suspended links in the rotator. This list does not show archived links.
Here is a list of columns this list table contains.
The description of the link.
This column displays the category you assigned to the click rotator link. If you did not assign a category, this will be blank.
This column displays the group you assigned to the click rotator link. If you did not assign a group, this will be blank.
Total number of clicks you have set the rotator to send to this link.
Total amount of clicks already sent to this link.
The current status of the link. This can be Active or Suspended. When a link is suspended, no clicks are sent to it.
The status color has the following meanings:
Green = actively sending clicks
Yellow = All clicks have been sent
Blue = daily click limit reached
Red = Suspended
Click the stats button for the link you would like to display detailed stats for.
Clicking the data button for a link will display raw data dumps for it.
Click on the export button for the link you would like to export click data for. You will be able to select either CSV or tab delimited file formats.
Clicking the reset button for a link will clear all data and click counts. It’s the equivalent of deleting the link and adding it again.
Clicking the archive button will move the link to the click rotator links archive. Archived links do not appear in the rotator active links list and do not receive traffic.
Clicking the clone button for a rotator link will copy all its settings to a new rotator link. The new rotator link will have the same description with “-Clone” appended to it. When you edit the rotator link clone, you can change the description. When a rotator link is cloned, the new cloned rotator links status is set to “Suspended.” You can change its status when you have the new link ready to receive traffic from the rotator.
Clicking the move button for a rotator link will allow you to move the link and optionally it’s stats to a different rotator.
Clicking the delete button for a link will delete it and all of its saved data.
